An Online Project Meeting Jun 2 2020

Summer is here but the TallWood team had one final meeting before the holidays. The latest online project meeting was hosted by Oulu University of Applied Sciences, the lead partner of the project. All the project partners were present (LTU, RISE, NRI, Lapland UAS, and Lappia). The meeting was held on the 2^nd of June 2021.

As usual, the project team caught up with the progress of the work packages. Presentations and discussion varied from the student work related to the project to discussions regarding the tension and compression of multi-storied wooden structures, as well as commenting on the necessary LCA and LCC actions and calculations for the project.

The next online project partner meeting will be held at the end of August, and the whole project team is looking forward to seeing one another in person in Bodö, Norway during week 42 in October for the next partner and steering board meetings along with some excursions and site visits.
